The World Customs Organization (WCO) unveiled its latest mobile app providing easy access to the Harmonized System (HS) 2022 at the recent WCO Technology Conference in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Complementing WCO Trade Tools, the HS Browse & Check app streamlines HS code verification and navigation within the entire HS 2022, the WCO said in a statement. It allows users to swiftly verify HS codes and access associated content in the most recent version, aiding customs professionals and traders in interpreting and applying HS codes.
The free app is a platform for access to HS 2022 content, such as Legal Notes, Explanatory Notes, and Classification Opinions. It is available for free, while Explanatory Notes and Classification Opinions are exclusive to subscribers of wcotradetools.org.
It keeps users connected to the latest updates of HS content, ensuring access whether at the desk or on the move.
The app provides a user-friendly tool for professionals and enthusiasts to stay up-to-date with evolving trade regulations and requirements.
